Australia’s most-wasted foods—bread, milk and chicken—were the focus of our comprehensive research for Fight Food Waste CRC. We surveyed 2,000 Australians about their purchasing and disposal behaviours, then audited supermarket products to understand packaging types and consumer information about recycling and extending food life.
